Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopgoldendesert@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to file a claim with the post office to get your money back.

Refunds
We do not issue refunds. We will only allow exchanges or store credit within 7 days from date received and you will be responsible for shipping cost on items you’d like to exchange. Exchange items must have tag attached, must not have been worn or washed. If you return a worn item you will be responsible for a $20 fee and shipping cost back to your address as we will not accept your worn items. No refunds or store credit on custom items.

Damaged Items
ITEMS DAMAGED DUE TO FAULTY REMOVAL OF TAG WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT!!! USE SCISSORS TO CUT YOUR TAGS OFF PLEASE!! If for some reason you received a damaged item, you have 24 hours from the time you receive this item to report this to us by email. After 24 hours we will no longer be able to accept your damage claim.


Store Credits
Store credits are set to expire 30 days after issuing.
